We retain your personal information to fulfill necessary legal obligations, effectively manage potential disputes, and ensure service continuity, with all operations strictly adhering to Thai laws and regulations.

1.2 Data Retention Periods

Account Credential Information: Your username and encrypted password will be retained for three (3) years after account closure to meet audit requirements and address potential historical transaction inquiry needs.

Usage Behavior Data: This data (excluding personally identifiable information) will be retained for two (2) years to analyze user preferences for features and thus optimize application functions such as accounting categories and report generation.

1.3 Security Measures

All retained information will be protected by industry-standard encryption technologies and strict access controls to minimize the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches.

2. Information Destruction Procedures

2.1 User-Initiated Destruction

In-App Operation: You can delete your personal data, including any associated phone numbers, by navigating to "Account Settings" or a similar path within the application.

Email Application: Please send your deletion request to info@shaakarilekha.com. We are committed to processing and completing your request within five (5) business days.

2.2 Third-Party Data Handling

If your information has been shared with our third-party partners, we will, in accordance with signed contractual agreements, require them to synchronously delete the relevant data. You may inquire about the progress via email, and we will provide a response within three (3) business days.

3. Important Notice

Upon deletion of your personal information, the application will no longer be usable. To resume using the Service, you will need to re-register an account.
